2. Products
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, materials and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.
For handcrafted products, minor variations in colour, pattern, embroidery, weaving or finishing may occur. Such natural variations may be part of the individual character of handcrafted products.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the stated currency.
Applicable VAT and other mandatory charges will be included or clearly communicated as required by law.
Any applicable delivery or additional charges will be displayed or communicated before the customer completes the order.
4. Orders
An order is subject to availability and acceptance by Pallibari.
After an order is placed, the customer may receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation by email, SMS, website notification or another agreed communication method.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, incorrect pricing or product information has been published, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount due will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.
5. Pre-Orders
Some Pallibari products are available on a Pre-Order Only basis.
A pre-order means that the product may not be immediately available in stock and may need to be sourced, produced or transported before delivery.
The estimated delivery time will be communicated where possible. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise from transportation, customs, suppliers or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
If a pre-order product is made specifically according to the customer's individual specifications or is clearly personalised, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited where permitted by applicable law.
6. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed or communicated during checkout/order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing correct payment and billing information.
An order may require full or partial advance payment, particularly for pre-order or specially sourced products. Any such requirement will be communicated before the order is completed.
7. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery period communicated to the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, pre-order status, destination, courier services, customs or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before the purchase is completed.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Swedish law.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins the day after the customer receives the product.
Customers do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Where legally required, Pallibari will provide an accessible withdrawal function on the website as well as information about how customers can exercise this right.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including, where legally applicable:
- products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- products that deteriorate or expire rapidly, including certain food products;
- other products or services specifically excluded under applicable Swedish law.
Whether an exception applies will depend on the nature of the particular product and transaction.
10. Returns
Before returning an eligible product, please contact Pallibari or use the website's applicable withdrawal function.
Products should be returned appropriately packaged.
Customers may inspect a product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function. If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, any reduction in value may be dealt with according to applicable consumer law.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact Pallibari as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
We will handle valid complaints in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a consumer's mandatory statutory rights. Swedish consumer-protection rules cannot simply be removed through contractual terms.
12. Food Products
Where Pallibari sells food products, relevant product information, ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, best-before/use-by information and other legally required information will be provided as applicable.
For health and safety reasons, certain food products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in circumstances provided by law, including products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
13. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Handcrafted, limited-edition and imported products may have limited quantities.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and, where appropriate, offer an alternative, later delivery or refund.
The customer will not be required to accept a substitute product.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and special campaigns may have separate conditions and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or discontinue promotions, subject to applicable consumer law and existing valid orders.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content available through Pallibari—including branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, website design and original content—is owned by Pallibari or used with appropriate permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers under applicable EU or national law.
